About the programme

What you gain from the programme

Promotion is judged on the value you create, not on seniority: clear output, work that meets the standard, ownership and attitude.

A mentor and leader alongside you every week and every sprint
Work runs on a project plan, a checklist and clear evidence
A real portfolio or case study to put on your CV
A clear path up through Fresher, Junior, Middle and Senior

Working model: hybrid — onsite on an agreed schedule per level and sprint, announced 48–72 hours ahead except in emergencies. Output matters more than hours at a desk.

Choose a track

Five specialist tracks

Each candidate picks 1 main track, matching 1 team. After passing Level 2 you may request a secondary track if it fits.

Career ladder

Six levels, each with greater autonomy

Junior and above are permanent roles.

  1. 01Intern

Learn the process, work on guided tasks, build discipline and judgement.

  2. 02Fresher

Run small project plans and start carrying track KPIs.

  3. 03Junior

Permanent staff, owning your own KPIs and a module or channel.

  4. 04Middle

The operational backbone — end-to-end owner of a mid-sized scope, reviewing and coaching others.

  5. 05Senior

End-to-end accountability for large projects, risk management, setting standards and best practices.

  6. 06Leader / Manager

Run projects and allocate the people who deliver them.

How we assess

A transparent, evidence-based 100-point scale

Every review cycle — weekly, monthly or per sprint — is scored out of 100, and evidence is required.

KPI / Output

What you delivered, whether it was on time, and whether there is evidence.

Quality

Meets the standard, few defects, easy to hand over.

Behavior Log

Attitude, ownership, collaboration, communication.

≥ 75

PASS

Passes the review and may continue.

≥ 85

STRONG PASS

Eligible for accelerated promotion.

< 75

FAIL

Or a serious breach: ghosting, falsified evidence, or broken commitments.

Level 3 alone is weighted KPI 70 / Quality 15 / Behavior 15, to prioritise project impact.

A negative log only counts with evidence or a two-key confirmation. Every log must state the specific behaviour, its impact, then the way forward.

The 7 levels in detail

Deliverables, duration and pay at every level

For internal staff only

Deliverables, timelines and compensation for each level are only available to signed-in internal accounts (Admin, Leader or Team Member).

Q&A

Rules you should know

Answers to the questions most often asked during the programme.

Yes, at every level. In a week with no assigned task, ask for one or produce the defined learning deliverable.

As early as possible, and at least 24 hours ahead where you can.

In three steps: Warning 1, then Warning 2, and the engagement ends if nothing improves.

Only for ghosting, falsified evidence, failing to report after a recorded reminder, or an average KPI below 25 points in a week without good reason.

Permanent staff are paid on the 5th–7th of each month; interns on the 7th–10th.

Interns give 15 days' notice; permanent staff give 30 days.

Hybrid. Onsite on an agreed schedule per level and sprint, announced 48–72 hours ahead except in emergencies. Output matters more than hours at a desk.

Lunch and an afternoon meal when onsite, plus a weekly or monthly Best Output award where applicable.

The more initiative and ownership you show, the faster you progress

After the programme, you may progress to Fresher Talent and then a permanent Junior role by passing each gate, with mentoring, a clear path and assessment through KPIs and the Behavior Log.
